Return & Refund Policy

At adressdomain Holdings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team. We cannot accept cancellation requests via phone or social media channels.

To expedite your cancellation request, please include your order number and the email address used to place the order. Typically, cancellation requests are processed within 1-2 business days, and refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund posting to your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of purchase.

We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to cancel the original refund and issue a new one through an alternative method.
